Introduction:

This document is definitely the Risk Management Policy for the Phone System project, understanding the risk management process to be employed throughout the existence of this task. The project manager is liable for reviewing and maintaining this Risk Management Program throughout the task to ensure that the danger process is still appropriate to handle the level of risk faced by the project. Job Description & Objectives:

The objective of the task is to replace the old PBX phone program technology with modern VOICE OVER IP technologies. By keeping every aspects of the telephone system in house, we are hoping to greatly reduce outages of the telephone system when outages take place. In addition to reducing downtime, we will also be able to decrease the costs associated with the phone system by eliminating the need to count on our regional phone supplier for support and technical support. The opportunity and aims for the telephone System Job are described as follows: Changing from hard-line telephone system to a VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL system
