Whenever we read about Yetunde's visit to Angus and Ann's home it truly is clear that this was not a simple one for all those involved. In the onset, worries were operating high within the family home. Ann was feeling frustration and despair at having to hang on so long for support to reach, coupled with sense of guilt that your woman failed to recognise Zoe's problems at university. Ann started feeling exacerbated towards Frank as the lady felt the lady was still left to manage the heavy burden of caring for Angus alone. It is clear the sheer stress of the circumstance is affecting on every family members.

Angus felt anxious and frightened about a new person coming into his home to care for him and perhaps there were an underlying feeling of guilt when he knew that Ann was finding hard to cope. Then there was the hostility and dissatisfaction expressed by both Angus and Ann towards the support that Yetunde was able to present.

The problems presented will be slowly overcome as Yetunde uses her professional diplomacy to build a rapport with Angus as well as the members of the family. Slowly but surely, Angus begins to trust Yetunde and we find Zoe changing her perspective of Yetunde. In the beginning Zoe expresses that she would not like Yetunde.
